Our Policies
A new Admissions Policy came into effect and was ratified by our Board of Management on 24th November 2020.
In accordance with Section 62 of the Education (admissions to school’s act), the board of management of St Colmcille’s National School has included mandatory text to the schools admissions statement, as required by the Education (provision in respect of children with special educational needs) Act 2022.
Please note that the Admissions process for Junior Infants 2025/2026 will commence on Tuesday 1st October 2024.
Closing date for receipt of completed applications will be Friday 21st February 2025
Note: Under previous Admissions Policies, parents of prospective pupils submitted application forms in advance. We will honour those applications. All other applicants should follow the process in the new policy.
